Violent peace.

Jason's pov;

We moved all day and night, I was still so weak and tired due to the suffering earlier.

Every minute and seconds of My life, I kept on blessing the day God made them my friends. I a cannot Imagine a life without them, I would have been dead If I didn't have them as a friend,

We got to the wet land after three days of Long Walk, and we were so happy that we have survived the whole trauma.

"This is zagakuta pack, it is a peaceful pack, it was named after their formal king 'zagakuta." Daniel said.

"Since it is a very peaceful place, I guess we are going to have peace here." Suzanne said as we all laughed.

We kept on moving without stopping. And the more we moved the more were realized that Daniel was saying the truth.

They all minded their businesses, and did not mind if was doing anything wrong.

I could sight some guys steal from a young woman, despite how young is, and fast she would be at running, all she could do was to laugh at the guy.

I remember back then in my home land, people were stoned to death, and were killed because they stole something, this are the thing I am going to change when get back on my feet as the Alpha.

We went deep into the market place and we were hopping that we would get something to eat.

"Ohhh!nooo! My mind did cross that part at all." Daniel shouted out loud.

"What is wrong Daniel? Is our live's in danger? Suzanne Adrian asked with fear in their eyes.

I was about to ask the same questions but, I decided not to because Suzanne and Adrian already asked.

"Yes our lives at in danger but, it might not be in the same dimensions as your thinking." Daniel said, which added to our fear.

"I am not still getting your point, what exactly is the problem like?" Adrian asked and i could see fear swimming round his eyes.

"We might die of hunger, we do not have e the same currency with zagakuta." Daniel finally let it out like a triggered bullet.

"Oh! Yes, you are not wrong at all, that is in deed going to be a great problem." He all looked at each others faces in fear.

"I can recognize that." We heard a voice as we turned in the direction of the voice.

The person turned out to be a man, we were scared by the manner at which he approached us but, at the same time, he looked so harmless and innocent.

"Give me, I would like to have a good look at it." The man said.

Daniel placed the money back in to the bag, he must believe that that the man is some kind of thief.

"It is fine give the money to him, guarantee he is not a thief." Even though I week, I still managed to make Daniel trust to the man.

Daniel respected my word, he immediately handed the money over to the man and In my mind I hope this decision of mine pays off for good.

The man held the coin, tossed it, and glanced through it over and over again. could notice the impatience all over the place.

"Hmmmm!" The man said, putting us in suspense.

"The coin, is real the are no fake, I will help you exchange it into our currency but, under one condition." The man said.

"What may the condition be like? Without wasting anytime, Daniel asked.

"I would exchange it to you with a lower rate, the currency is far higher than ours, but I will exchange it like it was equal." The man said to us.

Without any waste of time, we handed the money over to the man, after all, we had no other choice than to do so.

"How many of these do you have? And how many is inside this bag." The man said to us.

"How many we have does not matter, what really matters right now is the amount we are about to exchange with your currency, and we have a million inside that bag you holding." Daniel said to the man.

The man rushed into his house, and brought out the currency we are about to exchange ours into.

"A million of your currency is 50 million in ours but, I will be exchanging it to you in 30 million, do we have a deal?" The man said to us.

We agreed and he handed the money over to us.

"But if I may ask, how come you guys got so many of this?" The man said to us just as he was about leaving.

"We are done doing business with you, and the question you just asked is not necessary." Daniel said rudly to the man, and he immediately left without an answer to his question.

We were happy that we were finally able to exchange our currency to theirs, we ate good quality food and rented a place we could stay for the main time untill we finally know everyone around.

We all gathered at the back yard of the house in the night, we had a long chat together, and eat together.

I then finally found it as a great opportunity to let them know what I had in mind.

"I want to tell you all something and I will like you all to understand me so well." I said to them and I could see how curious they were to know what I was about to say.

"It is nothing so serious, I would summarise it to be said as what is right to be done." I said to them and could clearly see how curious they were.

"What right to be done!! I don't see any Sense In that because last I could remember, we are all doing the right thing." Suzanne said.

"Is everything all right with you Jason? Are you sure you are good here? We could take you to a better place, just let us know." Adrian said

"Stop, enough of all the fancy and loving treatments, I am done with this, I would love to set you guys free, I cannot tie you guys around me like you were some kind of dog." I poured it all out to them.

"I don't not seem cool with the sound of that, where are all this coming for." Suzanne said.

"We never complained, we are no longer kids, we were not forced to do this, we had a lot of thinking before settling for this." Daniel said.

"Calm down Jason, I know why you are saying this, you are scared but, my advice for you now is to calm down." Adrian said as his rubbed Jason back.

"Stop it, do not do this anymore, we all have a future to pursue, Adrian, you are the next alpha of you pack, the crowned prince for crying out loud, that the same for the rest of you, you deserve better than risking your life for me." Despite the fact that I know this words might hurt them, I decided to make the truth know to them.

"If anything happens to anyone of you, then your throne would be foreseed by someone else." I said and there was total silence all over the place.

"I would protect you all further even if it was going to cost my last breath, and the only way I can do that is by letting you guys go now, leave now and never return, we would faithfully meet one day when I bounce back on my throne." I said my final word.

"Ok, I arrest my case, I wish you all the best of luck, and I pray you overcome ever obstacle that comes your way." Suzanne said.

"I agree with Suzanne, you have told us your mind, I have no other choice than to obey your decision, I wish your all the best." Adrian said.

Two of them have made the best decision by obeying my words, now I am left with Daniel.

"Why are you doing this, this isn't right at all, you are making the wrong move!...." Daniel said to with tears in his eyes.

"No don't do this, just do as Suzanne and Adrian did, they have made the right choice." I said to him.

"Noo! Don't tell me that, I have sworn to protect you with my last breath, besides, you do not deserve all this that is happening to you." Daniel said to me with a very loud voice and standing on his fit.

My he was face floor because I didn't want to look at his face, abs the moment I decided to know if he was going to leave as well, I saw him drop.

I taught it was some sort of joke, I decided to know why he fell himself so hard on the floor, and while I was trying to understand that, I discovered that the was blood flowing from his body, and and arrow attack to his back.

I turned back immediately and I saw my uncle.

"Hahaha! It was nice playing hide and seek with you." My uncle laughed and said to me.

At this point I concluded that it was all over.....
