I crank some angry rock music, grab a speed rope and start jumping to get my blood flowing and my muscles warm, still letting the rampant negative thoughts run wild. Sorry for the absence. My whole house got sick, but my son just couldn't kick the usual flu/cold/slime that flows through the public school system this time of year. After 2 weeks of tests and negative results for basically everything, but still spiking high fevers every couple of days we finally figured out he had pneumonia. It has been a wild couple of weeks, but I think we are back on track. This is the first time in two weeks I have touched my laptop.
