I settled down under the covers of another bed in another hotel after another long day and closed my eyes, trying to catch some sleep. My phone rings and I force my eyes open. A soft white glow lights up the area surrounding my phone on the nightstand.
Brandon groaned, and I heard his bed squeak. Using the light emanating from the phone, I can take him out by placing a pillow above his head, trying to block out the ring tone of my phone.
I grabbed my phone off the nightstand and looked at the caller ID, Tiffany. I wondered why she was calling me at such an odd hour. I slide my phone over the screen and press the phone to my ear.
