Azalea Malorie's class turned out to be pretty simple for me. She had several books on plants and ingredients, with where to find them, their properties, etc that we would go over and she would test me on them. Most she would show me in person and those that were safe I was allowed to smell and touch and taste so I would be able to recognize them.
