GREYSON’S POV.

“Mother. What a surprise to see you.” I said as I reached to kiss the back of her palm. “I have no time to waste, son. So, is Calista still a virgin?” Mother asked hurriedly and I smiled.

“Yes Mother, it is as you had suspected. The Walters had their adopted daughter sent to replace their delinquent first daughter, and Calista is clean.” I said and Mother smiled.

“She tried to drug me, tried to make me think that it was Isabella I slept with, but those kinds of things don’t work on me, and for it to work, it has to be excessive doses. I made her believe that I thought it was Bella I had slept with, that was the only way that the whole thing could go smoothly for her, with the Walters. If they found out that I discovered their trickery, it would spell doom for her.” I said and Mother nodded.

“Did you give her a date when we would be coming for the marriage arrangement?” Mother asked.
