"Why did you do it?" Arthur asks as we are being moved.

"Do what?"

"Save me, lie, why did you?" he repeats.

"We are a team. If you go down, I go down and the pack will go down. Plus too, if I didn't, the punishment was gonna be there, maybe even worse." I try to justify.

"Well thank you," he whispers.

A part of me is happy that we got a lighter sentence, or I hope we did because that would have been dumb to be locked up with him, having the same sentence he was gonna get in the first place.

I was happy and sad for making that dumb decision of saving him and winning myself free jail life.
