Clarissa

Greg’s voice boomed through the small hall and I froze. His knife was placed against my skin and he had even pressed it hard enough to make me feel a bit of red blood stain on its tip.

I raised my hands in surrender and he ordered his men to tie Dacre up. Dacre was going to resist but I had a plan in mind. I only gave him a look as if to say, ‘Let’s take it slow’

Dacre shoved one of the men off and was about to hit another one but I shouted, “Stop or they will really kill me.”

I pleaded and Dacre gave me a confused look. I rolled my eyes at him, begging him to stay put for a while, and thankfully he listened to me. He stopped resisting the men who quickly sprang into action as they went out and found ropes to tie me down.

I did not resist for the fear of seeing Clarissa get hurt. I let them tie my hands behind my back and tie my legs together. It would not even take me a minute to turn into my wolf and let go of these puny little bondages.
