Maximino was still gently caressing Nexus' cheek when he sensed and smelled a familiar scent. It's the same strong, alluring, vanilla-like scent he smelled from Nexus the day Nexus went on heat at the club.

Is he in heat again? But how? His heat has only been on for a month! Why is this happening again?

Maximino confirmed it by staring at Nexus' face. He's correct. Nexus is in heat again, and the pheromones he emits are intensifying.

He pulled his hand away from Nexus' cheek and away from him, saying, "Nexus...your scent." However, Nexus has already grabbed his hand and is holding it firmly as if he doesn't want to lose him. He shouted again, still trying to get away from Nexus, "Nexus! Let go of my hand," but Nexus only tightened his hold on his hand. "Nexus!"

"No. No, don't go. I don't want you to be away from me. Your scent, and your warmth, I like it. I like it so much," Nexus says as he stares at him, his eyes filled with desire and he is breathing heavily.

This is not good.
