Chapter 90

Veronica's POV:

I felt indebted to Draco. He saved me when I was on the verge of being dragged back to those despicable walls of royalty that held so many secrets and deceit. I can easily say that I owe Draco my life but I would not stand again as being pampered because of my status of being a princess. I must learn how to fight and defend myself and my unborn child.

My plans were simple. Learn how to fight and become a formidable force that neither Jason nor Lucas can easily beat. Return back to the Nightshade pack and reclaim the throne that rightfully belonged to me.

But my first plan of learning how to fight was becoming a mere daydream as Draco would not let me train to become a fighter. During breakfast, I had to force the scrambled eggs, bacon, and pancakes down my throat. Not because I wanted to eat but because of the poor baby in my stomach.
