Draco's POV:

A flicker of concern ignited within me as I turned the doorknob and stepped into Veronica's room. My eyes scanned the space, searching for any signs of her. The bed, neatly made, held no trace of her presence. I felt a pang of anger surge through me as I realized that she had left the house without my consent.

Anger surged through my veins, a fierce flame threatening to consume me. How could she be so reckless, so thoughtless? I wanted to confront her, to unleash my wrath upon her disobedience. But as I moved to storm out of the house, an invisible barrier halted my progress.
