Chapter Forty Five

Two police officers were standing at the college entrance that morning speaking to some students. Cole's parents had requested an investigation to be opened after their son went missing. The police officers had been questioning the party goers and some of Cole's coursemates.

"When was the last time you saw him?" the eldest of the corps asked. He scratched his bald head.

The boy standing before them held his bag with both hands. "The last time I saw Cole was when he told me that he needed to speak to some girl and he left. I never saw him till date."

The bald corp scribbled something in his small notebook.

"Did he tell you which girl it was? I mean, the girl he wanted to talk to."

"No, he didn't. We all know Cole was into women so no one asked which girl it was. He went and we didn't see him afterwards." reported the boy.

"So you guys didn't leave the party together?" the other corp asked. He was a young man in his early thirties.
