The first few days in captivity, I would just wake up sporadically. The poison was lethal to werewolves it was a miracle that I survived. If it wasn't for Dido and her remedies, that wouldn't have been the case. As I sat down across her, I didn't know if death would've been the better option.

"Eat your food, Alpha Blaze, my beloved." The way she rolled my name on her tongue revolted me. I have tried to escape this place countless of times for months, and I would always end up back here in this cabine. She would always let me. She never stopped me because she knew there was no way out for me.

If it wasn't for Renzo, this would've never happened. During these excruciating months, my loathing for him has multiplied immeasurably. I have no news of my mate and my children. How are things running at my pack? Has Saoirse given birth yet? Is the child mine or Renzo's? My only priority should be getting back to her, but I can't help letting my mind wonder when there's nothing else
