The Army

Leori sat nervously on his throne, his mind racing with thoughts of the impending battle. He had sent Robin and his knights to scout the enemy's position and report back, but the waiting was excruciating. Every passing moment felt like an eternity.

He rubbed his temples, trying to calm his nerves, when he heard the sound of footsteps approaching. He looked up to see Alana. , walking towards him.

"Your highness, is there anything I can do to help ease your worries?" she asked, a sympathetic look on her face.

Leori appreciated the gesture, but he couldn't help feeling a little annoyed at the interruption. "No, I'm fine, Alana," he replied curtly. "I just need to wait for Robin's report."

Alana nodded understandingly, but she didn't seem to take the hint. Instead, she pulled up a chair and sat next to him. "I know waiting can be difficult," she said. "But you don't have to go through it alone."
