Olivia.
I ran away from that wolf. My mother had not come to teach me what affection or a hug was but what it is to want something very much.
She said that wolves are capable of killing when they want something but they would also give all for that same thing or person. The big wolf told me that he loves me so it means that he is capable of killing me but also giving me everything and I don't want anything from him. I just want to go home and find Lion and Loan.
“Stop running!” Someone shouted in my head that made me stop running. My little heart pounded my chest and my wolf howled like the time we fell into the water and the leeches had caught our leg.
“Don't run.” Tiara, my wolf, sounded very animated. I imagine her wagging her tail and jumping around like when we were puppies. When Lion and Loan made us play and I bit their tails because they cheated on me.
“Stop running!” That voice that isn't Tiara's shouted again. I looked around. The big wolf appeared like a magician with his magic tricks and crushed me with his huge body as he jumped on me.
I went back to being human and showed him the face that Lion taught me to do in case there was someone bad who wanted to take me away.
The wolf sniffed my neck and licked my face, I started to laugh because of his tickling as I stroked his big fur.
"Are you the boy?" I poked him in the eye and he growled at me. I lowered my hand, scared, and looked at him. He turned his head to the side and I did the same, he turned it to look at the other and I did too.
“Hey! I’m talking to you!” I poked him in the other eye and he growled at me again.
“My name is Wyatt, and please, don't poke my eye, you have long and dirty nails.” He licked my cheek and looked around, stopping his huge hairy ears and listening to the sound of the forest, the birds singing and the sound of the water from the lagoon that always puts me to sleep.
I poked his eye again and laughed. I raised my hands and moved them in front of those yellow eyes that look at me.
"I'm cold, Wyatt..." My belly rumbled as he bent down and placed his huge furry ear on my belly, my stomach rumbled again and he purred.
“You're too hungry little wolf, let's go eat.” He took off and there was no longer any danger that he would fall on top of me and crush me with his enormous size.
He leaned down a bit as I put my finger up to his eyes just to see if he would get mad.
“I think he wants you to come up,” Tiara told me, I pouted and shook my head.
“No,” I told my wolf and poked the wolf's eye again.
“Little wolf, come up,” the boy told me and shook his big head, pushed my hand away from his eyes and put my finger in his mouth.
“Get on or I'll bite you” Reluctantly, I climbed on his back and he begin ran back to his cave also called "home".
On the way, I had a lot of fun pulling his ears and poking his back to make him hurry. His big paws dug into the ground and the dust rose up, it was like seeing the fog when it is night and the forest is silent.
I pulled on his fur and winced when nothing happened, I always wanted to see a bald wolf and this wolf has a lot of hair like me but I don't want to be bald because it's cold and he's an adult so he'll grow fast.
We entered his house. He lowered me onto the black cushions I touched them and hugged the white pillows that were softer and warmer.
“Wait here, I'll go change and I'll cook for you right away.” I poked him in the eye one last time. He growled while I sat there thinking about how to skin the wolf without making him angry.
Wyatt.
I went down the stairs two at a time. My little wolf was a few meters away but the distance was felt and I didn't like that. In just a few hours the house was impregnated with its delicious aroma.
I wonder if the fragrance is from the forest, I wish it wasn't, I don't want to stop feeling that satisfaction that I feel when I smell it so I better make it walk all over the house as many times as necessary so that its perfume remains here.
“Where are you?” The house was very quiet and if I learned something from my sister it is that when that happens it is because something bad happened with the children.
I looked for her all over the ground floor and not feeling her scent. I went out to the patio where many screams were heard including those of my mate and her crying.
I ran with my heart in my hand from the fear that I had something happen to her and I found her in the middle of a huge crowd, she clung to my body when she saw me and kept crying until I picked her up and took her back to the house. I put her down on the couch so her feet wouldn't freeze and seeing her naked and thinking that others had seen her too, fury took control of my wolf.
"I did tell you to stay here!" I yelled at him angrily. It was never in my plans to yell at her or treat her badly but this is beyond me.
“I don't like others to see you naked and appreciate what is mine! That way you only manage to make me jealous and it's dangerous for you that I'm like this!” I said pissed off with myself for not having given her clothes and with her for running away from me for the fourth time and for getting into trouble.
She looked down at her little feet, her little lips were trembling, she looked at me and lowered her head again, curled into a ball on the couch and sobbed like the puppy she is.
“You went too far!” My angry wolf told me
“Alpha.” Nico came in behind me and lowered his gaze avoiding making contact with my beautiful little wolf.
“What the hell did they want to do to him?! Since when has this pack behaved like this! It's a girl!” I challenged him. He, as my beta, had to take care of my moon.
"They just wanted to give him clothes, Alpha, " Nico explained to me and I approached my little wolf to apologize.
“Just don't cry.” I wiped away her tears. “I'm sorry.” She cried worse with my proximity.
“Please, I'm sorry, stop crying, I'll let you poke my eye.”
I uncovered her eyes and hugged her, she stood still without doing anything, with her little hands curled around my neck and I heard her sniff me.
I let her hold me for a few more minutes so that she recognizes me and her wolf knows that her place is next to me.
“Come on, I think I have some clothes for you.” I took her to my sister's old room where I knew she had forgotten clothes from when she was a girl. I gave her a dress that’s a little too big for my mate but it served to hide everything.
"Will you tell me what your name is?" I sat in front of her on the bed.
“I'm Olivia Chiara Ortega. My mother said that our last name is fine because it talks about wolves and the blood of the vam...” She covered her mouth and opened her eyes wide, her face turned pale and she looked at me as if looking for some sign of want to torture her for being a hybrid.
“I'm Wyatt Sancho Cordova, the Alpha.” I stretched out my hand and she looked at it with contempt and hit me to remove it.
I won't kiss your hand.
I kept the sarcastic comment to myself and picked her up again.
"Come on you need to eat." I led her downstairs and Nico was still here. He was looking at me in a strange way, accusing and with narrowed eyes wanting to guess my thoughts or whatever.
I took food out of the fridge and served it to her on a plate. She looked at the cutlery and discarded them by putting them aside using her little hands to eat.
Nico laughed and I pointed to the door.
"Nico, if that's all, you can go." I told him angrily and he nodded and walked out the door.
“Little wolf, eats with a fork and a knife, you can't eat like that at the dinners we're going to.” I showed her how to use it but she still preferred to eat with her hand and continue ignoring me.
"I see you were hungry, do you want more?" I took her plate and served her more food. I put it in front of her and she pushed it away.
"I want to go.” She pronounced the words with difficulty because of the food in her mouth.
“How long have you been living in the forest?” It seems strange to me that at her age she doesn't know how to speak very well.
"Very much," she replied.
"Okay, do you want to rest?" Out of nowhere she ran to the other end of the kitchen and started banging on the door to open it.
"You're going to scratch it. What's wrong with you!"
It's already driving me crazy. I'm not patient at all, that's not one of my virtues and neither is taking care of children. The moon knows I'm trying very hard not to challenge my wolf right now.
"I won't mate with you!" she yelled at me very scared, making me backed away.
What did she just scream? How many traumas does this girl have?
Wyatt.“That's not what I meant, I know you're just a girl but tell me who told you that so I can hit him.” She stopped banging on the door and looked at me very badly.“You won't hurt them! They are good, we were seeing a rabbit that had her paw on her head and Lion said that she had mated with the rabbit that was looking at her. And Loan, after hitting him said that they were just resting, so I will not rest with you, bad wolf!”“I just want to protect you, I wouldn't do anything like that to you...”“Mark her!” the desperate Wren shouted again. No, what's wrong with you? She's so scared. I won't mark her, she's just a girl and you get it.I'm getting more and more pissed off.“I warned you.” He grunted and didn't speak again.“
Wyatt. The forest was silent. Some guards and I were taking a routine walk. The night before, it had rained and the forest was cold. Our paws were buried in the mud and our fur kept us warm. It very rarely rains in summer, but when it does, the wind blows strongly, water from the lagoon spills onto the shore, and the people in the pack get nervous.“The best is slow in coming,” Wren said in my head. He is my wolf. He is the one that allows me to transform and the one that makes me different from humans, because if it weren’t for him, I wouldn’t be a werewolf and none of this would exist.“Alpha.” My beta ducked his head and glanced at his wife who was approaching us at a fast pace in her human form.“You can go, Nico.”He raised his head and ran to meet his life partner. Hiraya is his mate and the one to blame
