*****Alpha Cain's POV***

The days seemed to be getting longer. I don't know what I would do with myself at this rate. I want to see her. I wish to talk to her. I would like to feel her. Am I slowly going nuts this way?

Was this because I'm starved? At that moment, I didn't think I cared for anything else. I only want one thing right now, and it is her. I desire her. I need to see her, I need to talk to her. Not doing that for the past one week made it impossible for me to contain myself.

It was as if my air support were being cut short. I could hardly breathe. I want to breathe every air she breathes. I want to see her in front of me. At this moment, I don't even want to know what my wolf wants, but my desires are clearly mine as far as I can tell.

A swift knock on the door got me raising my gaze to the door.
