Chapter 77 Hallucination

(Nikita's P.O.V.)

It's been two days since that incident at Trojan's engagement party with Clara. I am now back to my pack, and a minute doesn't pass without Tala reminding me about what happened that night between me and him.

She still wants to believe that Trojan will choose us over Clara. Pathetic.

"Didn't you hear his words? He asked us to stay with him. He was going to choose us, Nikita!" Tala insisted.

I am currently at the training ground, watching the other Alphas and Betas spar with each other. I don't have the heart to battle with anyone right now. These past few days, I just feel low in energy. I feel like a dying flashlight slowly losing its brightness.

How do I stop this from happening to me? I shouldn't expect anything from Trojan. He's all talk.
