(Nikita's P.O.V.)

"What is this commotion about?!" A loud female voice thundered from afar. Everyone watching us quickly removed the goofy smiles on their faces, bowing their heads before Alpha Lucia who popped out of nowhere.

I hid my hands inside my pockets, forgetting about helping Gio to get up from the mud ground. He's old enough to help himself.

The lazy dog stood up, and lowered his head to show respect to Mother, while I remained the straightness of my head. Mother raised her brows when she saw me raising a head. I pouted, and did the same as everyone else. Just when I thought that I can use a little about my connection.

"Alpha Gio and are just having a friendly match, Alpha Lucia," I answered formally. She walked towards us.

I lifted my head when she picked up Gio when he almost fell. I glanced at his leg. He was limping. I think I just broke a bone there. Well... A friendly fight comes with a friendly injury, right? I smiled sarcastically when he looked at me.
