Chapter 81 Who is the Father?

(Nikita's P.O.V.)

"When did you stop?" I asked the woman drinking the alternative vampire blood I have managed to collect for her. She lifted her head to look at me. I stared at her. What the Healer said is still playing in my mind.

He was trying to tell me that Alpha Lucia is intentionally skipping her consumption of vampire blood in spite of her knowing that it could be dangerous for her.

But what I don't understand is why she would do that?
