Hours after Draven and I had sex, we finally came back to the house to prepare for the ceremonies. Draven had left for his father's house when his mother and grandmother arrived, telling me that they would help me prepare. I wasn't opposed to the idea until Draven's mother told me that they'd have to wash me, shave my pubic hair, and massage me.

"I went through the same process, honey, and every other luna before me, and so will the next luna after you." She took my hands in hers, softening her gaze at me.

"Time is running out, and you have to be ready by the time the moon shines upon us. Come, we have already prepared a nice herbal bath for you in the guest tub to soak in." I reluctantly followed her into the guest room, with Astra following behind.
