Alison's pov

The maid stood up in surprise of seeing how I ran into the room and locked it.

"What's the matter, why did you have to barge in that way, I mean you got me frightened." The maid said standing up in surprise.

She moved forward to me. I could no longer control the flow of tears that rushed down my eyes, as I let them all out.

It was really painful to think about what I would have gotten myself into if I hadn't escaped. Maybe the Alpha would have gotten to rape me.

I kept on sobbing bitterly as the maid approached me. "I think you should calm down, there's no need for you to cry." She said, but that didn't change a thing in me, as i kept on tearing out.

"Please calm down." She said, as she got her hands across my shoulders and led me to the bed.

She went on to get me a glass of water after which she sat beside me.

"Are you okay now?" She asked in a low tune.

And I gave a nod. "Thank you." I said in a little smile, and slowly wiped my eyes.
