Chapter Sixty Five

The next morning, Ashlynn was already awake. She didn’t know what was coming next for her but she couldn’t get a good night's sleep. Laying in her bed all night, her eyes wide open, the issue of killing the priestess has baffled her greatly.

She hasn’t gotten the reaction she wanted from the alpha, he had just overlooked it, like he didn’t believe it. The pack was wide awake now, and she felt like she needed to do something about it. She needed to make him believe, and strengthen the anchor of the pack. Her mind won’t be at rest unless the girl has been found. She needed them to release people to the human world and she could go and find her.

They had to find her, they needed to, because she wouldn't stand still while the daughter of her dead sister roamed around the world freely. She clenched her jaw, pacing back and forth her room, until she heard a small knock, pulling her out of her reverie.

“Who’s there?” She called out.
