Chapter Sixty Nine

Night came faster than Zachariah expected and soon, he was in front of Alston penthouse as he had explained to him with nothing but a shirt and a trouser.

“Why are you dressed this way?” Alston asked as he came out from the bathroom.

“What! What are you expecting me to wear?”

“Haven’t you seen the way humans act?“ Alston asked with raised brow.

“I’m a wolf…”

“And a human..” Alston said.

“You’ll be acting as our chauffeur today, our driver. The least you can do is act as one. Wear a well tailored suit, and dress well. Not just wear this and act like a piece of crap.” Alston eyed him, taking a school bag and draping it over his shoulder.

“Thank Goddess I knew you could act this way, I got you one. So when we get to the border, we’ll change before we leave to pick her up.” Alston added.

He jumped out through his window, Zachariah sighing before jumping with him. They walked in their human form towards the border. Crossing it as a car awaited them in front of it.
