Laura's POV.

"I'm sorry... I couldn't stay with you, baby." She said and her hand went to her neck, she pulled out the pendant hanging around her neck and she underwent transformation within a blink of an eye.

And I was staring at myself in less than a few seconds.

I could hear the gasps from everyone around except for Darren whose hands pulled me close himself possessively. I could tell that he was surprised as we were, the only difference was the fact that he was not showing it.
