CHAPTER 72

Nora’s POV

I went pale and all white. Michael couldn’t hold it in as he burst into fits of laughter. I frowned. He said I looked just like a petulant child.

“What’s funny?” I asked, but he laughed even harder.

“I’m leaving” I began to stand up, but when I realized that I was not wearing anything decent, I sat back. I turned to her, and immediately we both burst out laughing.

"You are a clown,” I said in between laughs. Finally, Michael handed me his shirt and ran out of his room. He would stop making whistling noises about how hot I was. As I showered, the memories from yesterday flooded my head, and I smiled sheepishly.

“Stop that!” I face-palmed myself to behave. Suddenly, there was a knock on my door.

“Michael!"

"Yes, it’s me. I was wondering if you would want to come to family dinner with me,” he said as he ran his hands on his hair. I smiled. "Yes, I want to,” I said.

After the dinner, I asked him to come watch a movie with me in my room. He agreed.
