CHAPTER 134

Maria’s POV

Not long after I was discharged from the hospital, I got admitted. Again.I fainted in the elevator, which then led to my falling to the ground. The doctor said I needed a lot of bed rest. Oh, these humans are always giving advice. Well, the tiredness and fainting were part of werewolves being pregnant. They just don’t know.

That night, I woke up with a pressing need to use the bathroom.

“Argh!” I groaned. Sitting up has been a tumultuous task lately. I looked around, and there was no one in sight. I glanced at the button to call a nurse, but I withdrew my hands. Logan was fast asleep on the chair. I wonder how stressful it has been lately for him. He had insisted that he sleep in my room, though he had his own bed in the hospital. Oh, that was romantic, but it's a pity; I don’t care.
