THIRD PERSON POV

Martha couldn't focus on her tasks for the day. It has been like that for the past week. She was worried about Nevaeh. The girl had experienced a lot of things in the last few days. She could remember as clear as day when they discovered her unconscious. A guard raised the alarm. Her body was cold and they were unsure of when she passed out. She remembered the shock on the king's face which was a surprise to her. The bigger surprise was when he had snatched her from the guard, demanding for the healer to be brought in. The healer had checked her and they wished Nevaeh would open her eyes to regain consciousness.

She wished Nevaeh would open her eyes so the whole castle would be at ease. Especially the king who didn't try to hide it anymore about what they were. Martha was secretly happy about it. If he was accepting her, it was a good sign even though she was still upset that the king treated his mate the way he did. It was unheard of amongst wolves. Martha tried to

Awe even sader she’s his chosen mate but she fearing him leave her for his actual mate. also wish they would talk to each other where is their trust how can you say you love someone not trust them . She should be able ask him for help
