“Hey there,” a voice greeted Lisa from behind. As its warmth and friendliness caught her attention, she turned around immediately and her eyes fell on a woman with blonde hair and a trendy outfit

The moment the stranger stepped closer, a warm smile graced her lips. “Are you lost?” she asked kindly, as her eyes crinkled with concern.

Lisa hesitated at first, but as she took in the sincerity of the woman’s smile, she found herself relaxing. “Oh, no, I’m just looking for a cab to take me home,” she replied, her tone friendly but cautious.

Lisa’s gaze flickered sideways and as soon as she noticed the emptiness of the street, a hint of wariness seeped into her expression. When Gwen, sensed Lisa’s hesitation, she turned away with a polite, “It’s fine, I just wanted to help. See you around,” before heading off.
