He drove me straight to the store and open the car door for me to get out. 

"I'll pick you up at 4pm Mrs Martinez" he said after letting me out.

Why would he pick me up at 4pm? I didn't tell him when to pick me up so why is he giving time to come get me like I am a child? Caleb never does that, he always brought me where I wanted and picked me up when I called.

" Excuse me!  Why would you think I'll ready by 4pm?" I asked with attitude.

"Well ma'am am just following the boss orders, he said to take you straight to the store in the morning and straight back home at 4pm" he briefly explained.

What the hell is gotten into Carlos? Why is he being this strict on me? I'm not suppose to hang with my friends too late, I'm not suppose to wear certain type of clothing and now I'm suppose to reach home at four in the evenings. He's acting more like a father than a husband. He is hardly here and he doesn't want me to hang out with my friends to keep my Company.

"Well I won't be ready at four so I'll call you when I am" I said with attitude.

"The boss has given me order Mrs Martinez, I won't go beyond that" he said calmly

"Well we will see about that" I said rolling my eyes.

I walked away before he could say anything else and enter the store. I walked in and greeted everyone on my way in before heading to my office. I threw my bag on the sofa in my office and dial Carlos.

"Hello baby am in a meeting lets talk later" he answered

"Carlos why the hell you hired a new driver without telling me and give him order to take me straight to work and straight home?" I said running out of breath " I'm not your child Carlos stop treating me like one" I added angrily

"Latoya I said am in a meeting and don't raise your voice at me we'll sort this out when I get back" he said angrily.

He hang up before I could say anything else. I threw my phone on the sofa and started checking my emails. I'm really upset at Carlos for all these sudden changes, he's being over protected. I was so lost in my thoughts, I didn't heard the door push open and appeared is my best friend Jade.

"Hey girl, what's wrong with your face ,you're looking pissed this morning." She said walking in

Jade and I had been friends for along time and she is always here for me. We both love fashion design and so she work at the store with me. She has cream complexion with straight black hair and really nice body structure. She knows me very well and know when something is up with me.

"It's Carlos again, he came back yesterday and he's gone today again for three days, he hired a new driver without telling me and he gave him order to only take me to work and straight home" I said frustrated.

"Girl what happened to your husband, he's not here for you and now he's being strict" she said folding her arm across her chest.

"I don't know I guess I have to wait until he's back to talk to him anyway I don't want to talk about him right now" I said

"OK hun, so how is the new design going?" She asked

I showed her the design I chose for the next clothing line and  we look on a lot of design before heading to work. Jade and I does the design and sowing before putting them out for selling.

We did pretty much today and I started to feel a slight head ache so I decided to go home its 3:55pm anyway so I guess my driver will be here soon. I got my things together and picked my bags and head out. I stopped at jade office before I go.

"Hey Jade, am not feeling well so I'm going to leave please lock up for me" I said peeping from the door.

"OK hun, let me know when you reach home and kiss Cassie for me" she said smiling

I nodd and smile, walking out just in time to meet up on Josh standing Infront of the car staring on me.

"I see your trying to keep your job" I said walking to the car

"Yes ma'am" he answered opening the door.

I rolled my eyes and let myself in the car and he drove off. I could see him stealing glance at me through the mirror, kinda a creepy.

"Is something on my face?" I asked harshly

"N--no ma'am" he said clearing his throat.

"So why are you looking at me through the mirror, I can see you, you know that right?" I said raising my brows.

"I'm sorry for staring Mrs Martinez" he apologized.

He kept his eyes on the road this time and I tool the time to checked him out. He's very muscular and handsome. Latoya you are married remember that and you can't have an affair, your husband will kill you. He's a jealous and very ignorant Mexican so be careful what you're thinking. My inner self blurt out at me which slapped me to my senses and I stop staring. Carlos would definitely kill me if I cheat on him.

"You are home ma'am" a deep voice said interrupting my trance.

I stepped out of the car and walk in the house only to be greeted by my princess hugging my foot.

"Mommy you're home" she said happily.

"Yes baby, how was school today" I asked lifting her up.

"It was OK mommy" she replied

"Ok, where is aunty kera?" I asked

Kera is the nanny she keeps Cassie till am back from work or when ever we are going out. I don't have a maid although this is a huge house but I managed good on my own.

"Aunt kera is in the living room watching TV" she said. We walk in the living room together where I saw kera packing up to leave since am home.

"Hello kera how are you?" I asked.

"Am OK Mrs Martinez, I'll be on my way now I have to get to class" she said.

"Ok see you tomorrow take care" I said.

She nodd and smile then she left. The headache started to increase and I head upstairs to my room with Cassie. I changed out of my work clothes into something more comfortable and drop myself on the bed. I let Cassie watched cartoons on my laptop while I doze off.

Later in the evening..........

I woke up seeing Cassie next to me sleeping, I check my phone and Its 7:45pm and 10 missed called from Carlos. I head to the bathroom and took a shower before heading to the kitchen for something to eat. While preparing something to eat I call back Carlos.

"I've been calling you all evening, where have you been?" He said upset

"Babes I was having a headache so a fell asleep as soon as I got home" I said

"Latoya don't lie to me, where were you?" He asked angrily

"Carlos I'm not lying, where else could I be you given your order and it was followed so no need to worry" I irritatedly said.

"I hope so, how is my little princess?" He asked calmly

"She's sleeping" I said, we talk for like half and hour before we said goodbyes and hang up. I ate my meal and was about to go check on Cassie when I heard the doorbell. I walked over to the door and open it.

"What are you doing here so late?" I asked.

He was standing In front the door in blue shorts and a white marina which shows up his six pack and his muscular body. Wait! Why is he dress like that and not in his suit?.

"Actually I'm staying in the guest house and I'm here to check on you and Cassie, Mr Martinez order ma'am" he simple explained.

"W--what you staying in the guest house? So are you my driver and my bodyguard as well?" I asked getting angry

"You can call it so ma'am" he said smiling.

"Am fine so there's no need to check on me" I shoot at him harshly.

I slammed the door in his face before he could say another word and head up to my room very angry. Carlos is being very insecure since that accident, I got in bed with Cassie and covered her up.  didn't bother to take her to her room since she's already sleeping and I need the company. I kissed her forehead and didn't realized when I fell asleep.
