“How may we help you ma'am?” She asked in a polite manner, smiling.

“I'd like to speak to your head or your boss”. I replied, giving her a smile of my own.

“I hope there's no problem ma”. She said again, a little bit scared.

“No, not at all, I just want to speak to him or her”. I smiled at her, reassuring her.

“Alright, I'll go get her. But I must warn you ma'am, she's the rude type”. And with that, she left.

I smiled at Mrs Catherine as we waited for her to come.

She had short black hair that stopped just above her shoulders. Her eyes were sky blue in color and she had small lips.
