POV: Shea Vestine-Thorne
Her heart was pounding inside her as she stepped into the warm shower. She left Denver outside as he talked to some of the pack members who were giving their greetings at them.
She wanted to freshen up after the long day, and she just couldn’t stop thinking about the possible things that might happen tonight. Well, it would surely happen. She wasn’t that innocent not to figure it out.
And she couldn’t believe that after all the things that happened – she couldn’t find any exhaustion in her entire system. She should be sleeping soundly now – but it was as if all of the cells in her body were still active.
