Does love really fade? Or can it be eternal? How is that even possible?

Shea saw how her parents loved each other until the end. She witnessed their undying love for each other. She saw how they treasure each other – get contented and had supported each other through thick and thin.

However, her mother remarried after her father died.

Does that mean that her love for her father has already faded because of Lexi’s father? Does that mean she loves her father less now? Or was it because she needed someone beside her to live in this challenging world just for her to survive?

She didn’t know. And thinking about it now, she couldn’t help but feel helpless. She couldn’t stop herself from being saddened as she stared at the open window – watching the curtains being swayed by the cold wind.
