Chapter 6

Alicia’s POV

I squealed as my body landed on the bed, my tormentor tossed me off with so much strength and I felt like a piece of paper on flight. I stared at his face again, those cold eyes and sharp burns were very sexy. But his charred lips and muscular physique made me cringe in deep fear. I wondered what my Dad did wrong, this wasn’t the kind of life I deserved. There were a million questions on my mind but I just couldn’t ask them. This man before me was so intimidating and I needed to avoid his cold glare.

“This is your room as from today,” He pointed.

His cold bass sent a shiver down my spine and I trembled like I was in a cold room. He smacked his lips and a smirk etched on the corner of his lips, but disappeared almost immediately as though it was never there, and his expression became dark and serious again. Immediately, I felt so self-conscious. His eyes squinted and I could feel his piercing gaze trailing my body. I shifted away from him and nestled in the corner of t
