Chapter 69

Daniel's POV

The sound of coach blowing the whistle to end practice washed over me with relief.

I pulled myself up from my push up position and groaned, my body trickling with sweat.

"Good work out, guys," coach capped. "See you tomorrow, same time."

I exhaled, already feeling the burn of the work out.

"Daniel and Micah, I want to see you in my office in twenty minutes,"

Coach faced the both of us and we both nodded simultaneously.

I picked up my bag and hurried over to the locker room to shower.

After showering, I emerged from the bathroom and walked over to the locker room with a towel wrapped around my waist.

I bumped into Micah close to my locker.

"Watch where you are going!" He glared at me.

I gave him a confused look but shrugged at him, not interested in any squabbles with him.

I walked past him and opened my locker and took out my clothes and began to dress up.

Once I was done, I began to walk towards the Coach's office.
