He surprises me by picking me up and carrying me out of the house. Once we are outside, we are on the move. I don't know what direction we went in or how long we were traveling but after a while, we stopped, he offered me a drink which he wouldn't let me refuse so I guess it had a little more of that drug in it and then we were on our way again. I don't know how long we traveled. It might have been a couple of days when we got to what felt like another house. Lucas took me up some stairs and put me down on a bed. SERAPHINA POVStanding at the window, I allow a few tears to escape as I watch the rogues training in the yard. I don't know if it is the training or the outside that I miss more. I hear Lucas move. I'm not sure if he got up from the bed or just moved where he was sitting, but I tense, anyway.
