CLARISA:

Today is the day she’s being discharged from the hospital. Her mother came to help pack her things, and Lolo Miguel was there to settle the hospital bill.

"Dear, after you’re discharged, you’ll still be staying at the mansion," Lolo Miguel said.

"But I don’t want to go there, Grandpa! I want to stay at our house!" she insisted.

"That’s not possible, dear. You’re pregnant, and you need help with your pregnancy. Especially since you still have amnesia, you need someone to guide you. I’ll hire a private nurse for you."

"But Grandpa, my mom and dad can take care of me!" She wanted to insist on staying at their house; she didn’t want to live under the same roof as that womanizing Reed.

"My decision is final—you’ll stay at the mansion. I won’t risk the welfare of my future grandchild because of your stubbornness!" Lolo Miguel said firmly.

She was stunned. In her entire life, she had never seen Lolo Miguel so angry.
