75. I HAVE THE PROOF

I waited for so long in the cell and it felt as if no one would come. Hunger almost gouged out my eyes, but I was suppressing it with the thought that I shouldn’t be hungry in this kind of absurd situation.

“I wonder if I have been forgotten here. Who knows what has happened to my parents? I want to see them so badly” I kept talking to myself until the huge metal scrapped the concrete floor to signal the presence of someone.

“Finally” I gasped, trying to rush to the cell’s door, but I was pulled back by the shackles I had forgotten was there.

I shrieked in pain as the cold metal dug its teeth into my already sore flesh. The speed at which I had fallen back to my seat was so hard that my butt stung in pain.

“Fck” I cursed subtly under my breath, waiting for whoever it was that opened the door.
