Ever since we came back and I wasn’t that busy, I started feeling weak once again, but I didn’t let it get to me. When I realized that the harder I worked, the stronger I felt, I decided not to sleep around even though I was planning to rest till the banquet evening. Everyone focused on them and they had no choice but to down the glass or else they would have to confess to their crimes. HELENA’S POV The coldness of his voice seeped through my bare skin as he held onto me and stared at me fondly. My chest was beating fast again as the tension rose between us and I knew where this was going, so I had to up my game and guard up my control so I wouldn’t just be crumbling every time at his touch. I mean we still have a long way to go, we have several knots to untangle and many situations to straighten out. If I let my emotions get the best of me right now, I might not be able to find the answers I had fought for so hard till that moment. “How about you stay with me tonight?” he asked, staring deep into my eyes. He was growing so well that I felt bad not involved lately in his growing process but I needed to find the cure in order to be by his side.
