My heartbeat went wild when I heard the door open. My breathing almost stopped and I wasn’t able to move. I can't hear footsteps but I can feel my heart is going to explode at any moment. 

I didn't think anymore and rushed towards the crib. I don’t want to witness everything again with my very own eyes.

I don't know if this will work but I don't like what will happen in this scene. I will try to save her. I will try to stop this inhumane action.

Because if I let it happen again, I may break down for letting the baby—someone's coming near us. I look towards the door and bring my attention back to her right away. My hands are trembling and I am panicking.
