Chapter 96LESLIEI went to the church and it was a bit far from the house. Caden accompanied me when I told him I needed to pray for Lauren's successful surgery.He didn't think twice before agreeing to follow me. We both went to church and I went straight to the altar.I knelt down and covered my hair. With my hands clasped together, I looked straight to the statue of Jesus in the altar and closed my eyes.I prayed earnestly in my heart and hoped that Lauren would be fine and the surgery would be successful and she would not be sick again.Caden knelt beside me too and I could tell that he was praying too.When I was done pouring out my whole heart to God, I did the sign of the cross and stood up.I met Caden already seated waiting for me."Are you through?" Chapter 100CADENAfter the hot and steamy sex Lauren and I had, we were both exhausted. I laid down heavily beside her on the bed.She could barely move her body.
