Numb and void.

That's what I felt since I woke up and my Dad broke the news of my baby's demise. I couldn't believe him, for me it was like living a horrible nightmare but it was reality, a nightmare in reality.

My baby boy.

It had been hours since I woke up, the medicines numbed the pain in my body but my heart bled and the irony was I couldn't share it with anyone because no one could ease my sorrow.

"Evey, my child, please eat something. Your other baby needs the nutrition, you need strength to heal faster."Mom's constant begging went unheard by my absent ears. I was lost in my sorrow and didn't want to come out from the darkness as the light hurt even more.

"Evey, don't hurt yourself more than you already are. Think about Chase who always saw his mother fighting bravely. He is sad to see you in this condition. At least, you have your two babies and Mia to live for. Don't loose them because you're mourning for the one who would never come back." Mom said, her words p
