“How could you let them enter here with your sister’s mate tagging along his mistress?” Luna Charina was fuming with her words.

I swear there was more than one person who growled inside the room, including her own son.

I held my breath as Zoey grabbed her mother’s arm and dragged her toward the door, something Zoey had never done her whole life, but she looked feral at the moment as she scowled at the Luna.

And for some reason, even if this was inappropriate at the moment, I liked this side of her, as Zoey had always been prim and proper.

“I’m sure you are not invited here, Mom.” She told her in a firm tone before nodding at her brother, telling him she would handle this.

We knew that if Lawrence took this one in his hand, the whole packhouse would hear his loud voice again, as he would often lose his patience whenever he clashed and fought with the Luna.

I waited until Zoey and Luna Charina, who kept talking and bashing Tyler, left the room before I followed th
