Book 6: Chapter 26-Invitation

Aldrin’s gaze sharpened after reading the report that came from a staff member. He was increasingly restless, and it lacked the information he needed. He called his friend, whom he saw would help him get the right answer.

“Is there a problem?” Clara asked Dean when she noticed that he seemed to have a problem after talking on his cellphone. They now eat out together.

“Are you sure I wasn’t saying anything else last night?” Dean asked his friend.

Clara thought for a moment before shaking her head. She had told him earlier about what he had said repeatedly last night, and she was laughing at it. “Who called you?”

“Aldrin is inviting me later for dinner, and he said I’ll take you with me.”

Clara frowned, and she was also mentioned. “Are you going to eat outside?”

“No, at their house.”
