Cherry started to cry as vague memories came back to her mind. She knew it wasn’t just hallucinations.

After Dark entered the library, he quickly hugged the girl. “Baby, what’s wrong?”

Cherry started crying even more when she could sense the concern in Dark’s voice.

“Shhhh, don’t be afraid. Come and don’t force yourself if you have a headache.” Dark grabbed the girl and took her to his own room instead of hers.

“What happened? Why did I hear my niece crying?” Patricia asked and blocked Dark’s path.

Dark tried to control his anger when he saw Dalia. If he didn’t want to know who else was her accomplice, he would have flayed her alive.

“Cherry, what’s your drama again, and you’re going to be carried by Dark? Aren’t you ashamed? Maybe Natasha will come suddenly and see you.”

“You don’t have to scold her because I’m the one who wants to carry her. She has a headache, so she’ll sleep in my room first.”
