Book 3: Chapter 26-Confront

“Are you sure you won’t come with me?” Joseph asked Axel as they walked out of the airport.

“No, I have something important to go through. Please, just tell Mr. Travis that I will schedule our next meeting.”

“Looks like you’re meeting a more important person than Mr. Chairman?” Joseph asked teasingly.

“Yes,” said Axel, and increased each step to get further. But when he came out of the exit, there were people blocking his path.

“Chairman seems to have guessed your plan,” said Joseph, meaningfully.

Axel turned to Joseph with a frown. When he smiled, he blew air out of his mouth.

“Sir, this way. Mr. Chairman is waiting in the car.” Jomar even bowed in front of the young man and pointed his right hand at the elegant car parked in front.

Axel quietly joined Travis’ crew. After entering the car, he greeted him formally. He was no longer wearing sunglasses, so he could clearly see his whole face. When he smiled at him, he knew what they needed to talk about.
