Debby's POV:

I woke up with pain in my lower abdomen, and my throat was dry.

"Ah," I moaned in discomfort while I looked at the ceiling with a frown.

As the events played in my mind, I quickly sat upright and groaned loudly in pain. Jay rushed to my side and touched my shoulder.

"Easy," he whispered.

I moved my hands to my stomach in fear.

"My baby?" I asked in a husky voice.

"Look to your left," he whispered.

I hesitantly turned and looked. A nurse was standing there, smiling at me with a baby in her arms wrapped in a beautiful pink blanket.
