The War

2020-11-30 08:27:23Hikaru graduated with the best honors and returned home. He helped the villagers as well as his family.
All male villagers from 16 years old above were taught on both swordsmanship and archery. Some women were taught how to cure the wounded ad how to use the bandage.
Few months later, there was a war between countries. Some of the villagers left the place for their own safety.
Aiomi and Hikaru saved their parents from the war.
Yuki escorted the queen and the princess to their safety, unfortunately they were captured by the enemies.
Aiomi then started to fight back to save his friends, Hikaru led the villagers and their parents to the safest place, which only Hikaru and Aiomi knew : their hideout.
Those who were trained fought , when they had the chance they attacked the enemies' barracks. Arrows flew, swords clash, bloods scattered and screams of pain and anger were heard.
It took days for the enemy to leave. Hikaru, Aiomi and the others had succeeded.
Everything in the village was ruined. Hikaru, Aiomi and the others who fought was devastated by the view.
They search for anything they can save.
The villagers were safe and the hideout was safe.
The hideout was able to support their needs.
Bloods and corpses were seen everywhere, as they search for food and other survivors. Hikaru saw his brother on his knees, crying. He approached him and he saw Yuki and the other villagers who were dead.
Many were orphaned, some of the villagers who hid in their hideout left the village. The others started to search for the royal family.
Few days later, they saw the dead king, he was fighting that time too. His sword was kept by the village chief. Villagers speculated that Queen Euphamea and her daughter , Destiny, were still alive.
Hikaru, Aiomi and the others buried the corpses and gave their respects; they started to rebuild the village again.
The siblings were called by their father, Jin. He was sad, " Y-your mother..." then he shook his head 'no'. The brothers trembled.
"Your mother was murdered, I thought she was in the hideout, however the survivor told me that she's with Yuki. She saved the queen and the princess" then the brothers sobbed.
Days have passed, they saw Destiny, the royal daughter, in the village. She went to the graveyard, she paid respect to the people and to her father who died saving them.
"Your highness, where is Queen Euphamea?" asked by the village chief.
"We got separated, I haven't seen her. I hurriedly travelled here, thinking she'll fled here. But I'm wrong" she answered while tears flowed on her cheeks.
A week has passed and everyone in the village were called to the palace.
Destiny held a ceremony in the palace, inviting everyone. The brothers were recognized as heroes. The village chief gave the King's sword to Destiny.
This will mean that Destiny is the new ruler of the kingdom...

Hours had passed and we arrived at Frain’s hideout. His stares was different from the one that we saw. His eyes were different, his angers disappeared. Those stare shows sweetness. “I’ve been expecting you, Destiny.” But that didn’t move me. I know how he manipulate his emotions. At that I shouted, “Listen to me, Destiny is not here.
