Alpha Miles POV

I hesitated a while closing my eyes. I had seen my son play all manner of games in the name of gambling.

Once he had picked a ten out of so many cards. When I asked him how he did it, Jeff didn’t hesitate to explain it to me.

“By the feel of the card, you will know. Some feel greasy. Others feel light… Like a five feels rough on the surface kind of. You just have to get familiar with how they feel.”

Then I touched the cards and noticed no difference. All felt greasy and light.
