Dinner was pleasant. The food was delicious but the atmosphere was thick with tension. The silent battle that was going on between Rion and Larose couldn't be any louder.
Thankfully, Lian saved the day. While Mrs Windsommer said a few words here and there and talked about random things, Lian threw jokes that nearly had me choking on my food.
It was a wonderful evening except for the tension between the twins.
After that, I took a shower first and so did Rion. Mrs Windsommer lended me one of her old night dresses while Rion wore the same clothes.
We spent the rest of the evening watching TV but Larose decided to retire to bed early so Mrs Windsommer gave her one of the guestrooms while Rion and I took the second guest room.
