Jaselyn's POV 

I'm used to waking up to an empty bed, the other side cold and long abandoned so I expected it this time.

But I'm pleasantly surprised when I wake up the next morning to find myself wrapped in Rion's arms, snuggling so close to him, my head resting on his chest.

I nearly shot up from the surprise but his grip around my body held me down, keeping me glued to him.

“Good morning, Jas.” Came his sing song voice and I raised her head up to realize he was already awake.

All traces of tiredness disappeared almost instantly when my eyes met his emerald ones and memories of last night flashed before my eyes.
