Chapter 147
Rion's POV
Jinu had shown up just as Luna Daryna had said. I honestly didn't think he would follow me all the way to this Pack but I guess some people truly are shameless.
But with Jas’s impending treatment, I didn't have any time to spare for him so as soon as he arrived at the Blue Solstice palace with my parents, I had my parents settled in while he was taken straight to prison.
I've spent most of the week taking care of Jaselyn and making sure she recovers completely. When I'm not with her, I'm with Luna Daryna or I'm resting.
Luna Daryna is working as the Alpha's proxy so she has the Beta to assist her but I like to contribute where I can given that I was Zane’s Beta for 6 years.
I'm doing it because Luna Daryna was there for me in my time of need and I have to repay her somehow.
She seems to really appreciate the help and has put me in charge of a few Pack matters despite the fact that I just arrived.
